How do I return an item?

100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Travelwedge Product, Tell Us Why and we can arrange for a refund or exchange. You will need a Return Authorization Number for a return.

We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new or unused condition.

Return Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. 

We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product. A defective product is defined as a product that does not perform expected functionality. This does not include personal preference.
