I use my Travelwedge a couple times a month and I have even tried to add padding in a makeshift kind of way (folded towel, extra blanket from hotel) but this Memory Foam piece really takes it up a notch.  My perfect set up now is, small-size travelwedge, with this memory foam piece, cover on top and wedge inflated about 60% or so. Thanks Travelwedge!
