The cover fits well and will hold towels or other cloth in place over the wedge if you sleep directly on the wedge.

Great cover for a more comfortable sleep on the travel wedge! Washes well, does not shrink – – cold water and no dryer. Quite expensive though. Gave it four stars because of the price.
